Discussion Group: The Longevity of Chronic Illness

One of the most challenging part of chronic illness is that for many it is lifelong. We don’t have the luxury of being told “get well soon” because the be blunt, “thanks I won’t”. This lifelong adventure has its highs and its lows, good time and bad time but the longevity is exhausting. It’s like waiting endless. For what? I cannot say, I’m just waiting for the next thing. The waiting alone can be triggering for people with Medical PTSD, it can stir up fears that you’re out of options or have been adbanoden or running out of time. Please join this discussion.
